The way I work

Although every person is unique, the following points characterise some things you may expect from our counselling sessions:

  • Slowly building trust and emotional safety through gentle and honest communication using humor and creativity

  • Exploring aspects of personal life stories and relationships

  • Identifying and supporting personal strengths and healthy aspects

  • Using empathy and intuition to help you explore answers to important questions and perhaps to raise new ones.

  • Helping you to identify and tune in to your authentic self

  • Always adhering firmly to high ethical standards
